It is the backbone of Tieling equipment manufacturing. The company has the ability to research and develop, design and manufacture a series of large flat vulcanizing units.
The company's leading products are medium and large rubber conveyor belt flat vulcanizing units and steel wire vulcanizing units, series molding machines. This product is mainly used to manufacture various rubber conveyor belts widely used in coal mines, docks and steel mills. This product is a product integrating machine, electricity and liquid. And in 2008, it was named as the brand-name product of Liaoning Province. Based on the business philosophy of “Technology for survival, innovation for development”, the company has continuously expanded the market and improved R&D facilities. In 2006, it was recognized as a municipal high-tech enterprise by Tieling Science and Technology Bureau. In 2008, the company's technology center was recognized as provincial technology center. In 2009, the company developed large-scale steel cord rubber conveyor belt vulcanizing unit products, and obtained national patents such as “hydraulic drive wire rope spindle frame” and “anti-card wire rope tension station”, with independent intellectual property rights, and the products are sold all over the country.
